About CHIP
Mark 12:30-31 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
We welcome each other in celebration, in a casual come as you are environment, to grow in relationship with one another, as we grow in relationship with our Father. We are a ministry born without walls - in the park and we keep to the streets to share the hope and love that is found in Jesus Christ.
Every Friday evening we come together in downtown Norman at Andrews Park to love God and to love our neighbors. We begin with a word and prayer, a free usually home cooked meal, preaching, worship and a raffle for meal gift cards or other useful items. Other services are offered as we can i.e. hair stylist, bike repairs and various types of clothing (weekly) and personal needs.

God has brought us into relationship with Himself through Jesus Christ. Now, He asks us to reach out to our world and bring people into the same kind of relationship with God! We continue to do what Jesus came to earth to do, connect people with our amazing God! We carry His heart and His ministry! (see 2 Corinthians 5:18-21)
What We Believe
God is all about people! He loves and values people. He gave His Son to redeem people. God loves all of us, collectively, but God loves each of us, individually. Since God is all about people, we also, are all about people!
